Proxio tariffs is used to calculate transportation costs for specified prices. An Admin can upload price sheets / tariffs into the system to make them visible to the users. The system is completely cloud based and can be accessed from both within and outside of the internal firewalls. All users have personal accounts.
Select Calculator in the Freight cost dropdown menu

Price search view
The main price lookup view consists of the following parts.
Controls for the search interface
Input fields, where you specify the shipment parameters.
The result area where the result and prices are presented
Setting up the appropriate filters
In the top right corner, we have three toggle buttons that regulate the number of filters that are available. You are free to try any of the filter views, but our recommendation is that everyone is using the following settings: Advanced = OFF, Emissions = OFF, Filters = ON to start with.

Enabling the filters will allow you to use the tagging system to filter the results from the price lookup.
Having this setting will result in a view with 4 different sections, 1. a filter section, 2. a route section, 3. a shipment section and 4. an additional cost section.
Let’s look at each section in turn.

1. FILTER SECTION
You can filter the result by “tag”, Logistics Service Provider, Freight Service and down to a specific tariff.
For most practical uses I recommend that you use the Tagging system to limit the number of responses you get. You can also use the tags to limit the result on carrier (such as “DHL”) or mode of transport such as “ROAD”. You can see all available tags by clicking the “Select tags” input field. Adding new tags can only be made by an administrator.

2. ROUTE SECTION
In the route section you specify the loading and unloading addresses. The first step is to pick the unloading and loading countries. Secondly you need to input the full postal codes for the loading site and for the unloading site.

Next, we need to input some shipment details in order to give the system something to calculate against.
3. SHIPMENT DETAILS SECTION
In the shipment details section, you input the volume, weight and number of collies of the shipment. Here you have two options: If you have a calculated chargeable weight from an external system you can input this directly into the actual weight field. If you do, please do not input any measurements.

Example: using the chargeable weight calculated from external system to get a shipment price
The second option is to base your calculations on cubic meters or even loading meters. To get access to these fields you need to activate the “Advanced” filter toggle in the top right corner.
You can input Cubic meters, Euro-pallet spaces or loading meters.

Lastly you can input the measurement of the shipment but note that this only work if your shipment consists of one coli only, or if the shipment consists of multiple coli with identical measurements.
4. ADDITIONAL COSTS SECTION
In the additional cost section, you specify any addon services you need to include in the result. Examples of addon costs could be Tail lift surcharges, ADR / Dangerous Goods Surcharges etc. To include these costs, you need to know which addon code to input in the Desired addon box.
Once all necessary information has been provided you hit the calculate-button and the systems checks your query against all relevant tariffs.

The results table.
In the Result table the system returns all results that were possible to calculate.
The results are ordered in ascending order based on price, meaning that the lowest price is at the top and the highest at the bottom. If your result includes rows with a red warning triangle you most likely have the “Include results with errors” toggle set to YES, you should turn this off under the Advanced Output Section.
In the result table you can see which carrier and service the prices are based on. You can also see which weight and volume the calculation was based on.
On the far left you can expand each price row to see a detailed description of the price components. The total shipment price is also broken down on price component level.
